Terawhiti, a traditional family working farm, is situated in the heart of the beautiful South Hams countryside and on the edge of the charming village of South Milton.
Terawhiti Farm has been in the Berryman family for more than a century. A small but diverse family-run farm in South Milton just minutes from the beach. Each season brings something new. Winter vegetables like cauliflower, kale, cabbages and sprouts. In the summer, strawberries and broccoli. Autumn see’s the much-loved Pumpkin Patch Weekends! All this grows alongside our two hundred-strong beef herd, grazing peacefully on the surrounding fields.
Run by Anita, South Devon Camping offers an affordable, rustic, off-grid campsite, located within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and in easy reach of Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Hope Cove, Bantham and Bigbury, there are few reasons why not to take time out and unwind at Lower Terawhiti Farm.
Families staying at the campsite can meet our friendly residents - the pet sheep, goats, ducks and chickens — and enjoy a glimpse of real South Devon farm life.
Since the 1940s, Terawhiti Farm has welcomed guests to it’s South Devon campsite, with many returning year after year. We can't wait to share it with you.
